Back from a trip to Patagonia and passionate about nature, explorations and encounters, I have decided to change profession and dedicate myself to the organization of tours in the big South. I am an active man in his early forties and I have a liking for things well done and well tailored.
As a member of the Swiss Alpine Club, I regularly practice different mountain activities, such ski touring, alpinism and climbing. My passion for any kind of outdoor sport, trekking among others, motivates me to explore new horizons and discover less known and less attended places. My natural curiosity and my easy contact with the natives, allowed me to create solid bonds in order to set up a partnership between Tierrapatagonica, a Swiss company, and different partners at the other end of the world.
As I intend to propose the best services, it seems evident to me to use the know-how of the local guides according to a precise specifications. The policy of my company is to propose exclusive tours off the beaten tracks and which favour new or less known places. Nevertheless certain areas cannot be ignored and are included in my trips, even if the may generate crowds. But most of the time you will be able to visit national parks or other sites in a more confidential way.
My partners in Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego are professionals who have the best knowledge of the land and whose reputation has not to be proved any more. Erratic rock for example, is not only an active leader in the organization of outdoors activities since more than ten years, but also the initiator of the recycling program in Puerto Natales. I attach great importance to recycling, maybe because I was used to it in my native country, Switzerland.
I am attracted by the authenticity of places I like to visit, the food I am offered to taste or anything else. Consequently the photos I propose to discover under tab “photo gallery” are all personal and have not been retouched, in order to give you a real overview and not let you dream of something which does not exist.
